Build a Silverlight Web application MSDN video discusses binding data to controls, and creating a web service that returns a List. It does not speak of Drupal. The topic is Silverlight Navigation Application

RDS brings with it the promise of MySQL on a Cloud. When you sign up for Amazon RDS the AWS Management Console shows the EC2 dashboard. To understand how to use AWS then download the Getting Started Guide.
There is no GUI for Amazon RDS.

My goal is for Drupal Cloudfront module, integrated with Imagecache module, to serve images from Amazon CloudFront CDN. The first thing I do is look to README.txt in Drupal module folders.
See Inmagecache at admin/build/imagecache (or look for it at Site Bulding).

If you already have Sandcastle then Uninstall it before running this, and check that DXROOT is not stuck as a user environment variable. The new Sandcastle puts DXROOT as a system environment variable, so remove any user DXROOT if it exists.
Download the latest Sandcastle Help File Builder Guided Installer. Unzip it and find SandcastleInstaller.exe.

I changed the settings on the Story content type to enable Attach Images. The Teaser image size is Thumbnail, and the Full page image size is Preview. These are imagecache presets. Usually the path to create/modify imagecache presets is /admin/settings/image.
I've removed the extra commands that used to work ok but seem to now become part of the post, so I cleared those commands.

I sent this email to sms@markcox.net. Then, on cron, it got picked up and posted as a blog post.
